About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will develop and maintain end-to-end software solutions, focusing on API integration, MLOps, and packaging ML/AI models into production-ready applications. You will work at the intersection of software development, machine learning, and operations, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of ML solutions that drive our technology forward.
What You'll Do
Full Stack Development:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless data communication and operations.
- Develop intuitive user interfaces, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience.
MLOps & Software Packaging:
- Develop pipelines for training, validation, and deployment of ML/AI models in production environments.
- Design and implement robust systems for model versioning, monitoring, and optimization.
- Create comprehensive packaging solutions to deploy ML/AI models as end-to-end applications.
- Integrate ML models with APIs to deliver AI-powered functionalities in real-time applications.
DevOps & Infrastructure Management:
- Collaborate on setting up CI/CD pipelines for smooth and automated deployment.
- Use containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes to deploy scalable services.
- Optimize deployment processes to ensure high availability and cost-efficiency of systems.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Perform regular code reviews and address potential bottlenecks or issues.
Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and frameworks to enhance development practices.
- Drive innovative solutions to improve product performance and user experience.
Who You Are
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in full stack development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end systems.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Flask.
- Extensive experience in API design and integration.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
- Proven expertise in packaging and deploying ML/AI models for production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of big data tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automation and scaling.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in application development.
- Certifications in MLOps, Cloud Development, or relevant technologies are a plus.
